The Pondfarm, the Butaye family farm, is located in the heart of the former front line of the First World War. As a young teenager, Stijn Butaye, known as "The Bomb Collector," began collecting WWI artifacts found on the farm and in the surrounding fields. This passion grew into a unique private WWI collection. Today, people from all over the world visit the Pondfarm, often because their family fought or died here for our freedom. The logo, with four symbolic flowers, represents remembrance, respect, and reconciliation.
